EE, a multinational communications company, needed an overhaul of how they provide SIM cards to their customers, including ordering, fulfilment, tracking, activation and reporting. Their only stipulation was that the solution had to look exactly like they had made it themselves to an end user. We audited their requirements and processes and worked together with their fulfilment partner to provide the customer experience front end ordering platform, embedded in their monolithic website CMS and developed APIs to send and receive data between the various 3rd parties printing, processing and delivering the orders. 

SIM card fulfilment solution

CleverCardz is a white labelled product that enables the vast majority of shopping centres in the UK to sell their gift cards through their own website. A previously unattainable service because of costs, we built a one stop solution for every shopping centre to facilitate and sell their gift cards digitally. Boxxed also supports in a fulfilment and postage solution for the gift cards. We have since gone on to modify the offer to include innovative options to the service, such as gift lists, virtual gift cards and a range of other exiting outputs.

CleverCardz

EpiPens are particularly hard to recycle and generate a lot of waste for the healthcare industry and are expensive to produce, given their one-time use ability. Novo Nordisk have created a recycling facility which vastly reduces the waste produced in this industry and sought help from us to provide an easy-to-use platform for their pen users to order return packaging and build data for analysis for continuous improvement of the process. The pilot scheme has proven successful and we are working with them to roll out internationally in the coming months.

EpiPen recycling solution

Long gone are the days of a carriage clock for 25 year’s service in the NHS! Nowadays, the NHS gives the choice of gift back to the recipient, so what better way to do this is support their local shopping centre and provide a gift card loaded with the reward amount. This was largely a manual process for the NHS, whereby administrators would visit the shopping centre to purchase a gift card and then deliver it to their recipient, and then claim the amount and mileage on their expenses. We have digitised this workflow and now automatically fulfil gift cards based on an data file uploaded to us, and deliver them by email to the recipient. Money is now transferred in bulk by BACs with no other costs to the NHS involved, other than the face value of the gift card.

NHS Reward Scheme

Boxxed built an online portal which included a Retail portfolio of their multitude of shopping centres, retail parks and mix-used developments. This portal allowed for retailers and brands to engage with and identify available and appropriate physical space whilst incorporating consumer touch points, interaction and promotional opportunities for brands. This portal was consistently kept up to date with a state of the art CMS which enabled tailored and personalised communications.

Landsec Connect

Boxxed developed an an automated software solution to power the creation of the client’s fund and investment trust interim and annual reports. Giving consistency to the look and feel of all reports produced and automated the process of creating them, enabling efficiency in the process. 90% of the process was automated and enabled swift, efficient and on brand output of those reports.

A global pandemic grounds the world’s population to their homes for months. Restaurants and bars are hit hard with government imposed forced closures and strict re-opening measures. The big players are fine, they have access to vast funds and departments full of health & safety personnel to steady their businesses and invest in their COVID-secure re-openings, but independents and small groups struggle with lack of appropriate information and the staggering costs of providing PPE and technology solutions for their customers and staff.
 
That’s where the idea for Drinks To Your Table came from. It’s the brain child of one of our own staff members, who, while craving a cold draft beer during Lockdown, knew the industry would need an end to end solution.
 
Drinks To Your Table isn’t only a tech solution, but also a full suite of posters and signposting info, website, and curated PPE from trusted vendors.
 
The main product is the Drinks To Your Table app. It’s a website for customers, allowing extremely simple ordering of food and drinks from a bar menu, no registration needed. It’s a bar app for staff, listing what’s been ordered and where to deliver them to. It’s a documentation portal for bar owners allowing them to customise and print posters, signs and table paraphernalia and it’s an ordering portal for PPE.
 
All of this was creating with our in-house Incubator team, who worked with the idea, scoped it, created a business plan, created a brand, spec’d out what an MVP would look like and made it all happen. In 2 weeks. Yes TWO WEEKS. From idea to first client onboarded was 15 days.  That’s the power of a multidisciplinary team that’s worked together for years!
