Overview

EE, a multinational communications company, needed an overhaul of how they provide SIM cards to their customers, including ordering, fulfilment, tracking, activation and reporting. Their only stipulation was that the solution had to look exactly like they had made it themselves to an end user. We audited their requirements and processes and worked together with their fulfilment partner to provide the customer experience front end ordering platform, embedded in their monolithic website CMS and developed APIs to send and receive data between the various 3rd parties printing, processing and delivering the orders.
